Game Description

Cult of the Lamb combines roguelike action with cult management, exploration, and settlement building. Players take control of a possessed lamb rescued by a mysterious stranger and must establish a loyal following in return.

The adventure takes place across dangerous, randomly generated areas filled with enemies, resources, secrets, and rival cult leaders. During each expedition, players can gather materials, discover new abilities, defeat enemies, and collect resources needed to strengthen their growing community.

Back at the settlement, the focus shifts toward managing the flock. Players can construct new buildings, gather resources, perform rituals, deliver sermons, and develop their followers. Keeping the community healthy and maintaining their faith becomes an important part of progressing through the game.

Combat and settlement management are closely connected. Successful expeditions provide materials and abilities that can improve the cult, while an expanded settlement gives players more opportunities to prepare for future crusades.

The Unholy Alliance update adds local cooperative play, allowing a second player to control the Goat alongside the Lamb. The Nintendo Switch version supports up to two players on a single system.
